ABOUT US
Jody Wilens, our principal designer
and founder, has a great ability to communicate and connect with her clients to determine their personal needs and taste. She translates that vision into design solutions, achieving comfortable living environments that reflect the client's personality as well as accentuate the room’s purpose and atmosphere.
Jody has designed homes for individuals as well as worked with many national and local home builders and contractors; designing model homes and condos in the DC metro area.
Her home staging work for realtors has earned her a track record for getting homes sold quicker and for top dollar. In 2009 thru 2011 her staged homes sold in an average of 11 days, a big accomplishment in that market. Today they can sell in 24 hours to a few days. Jody and her team are proud to say their staging has helped sell over 600 homes.
Her work with contractors on home renovations as well as her work with the Marriott Corporation has made her well respected due to her notable skills in conceptual design and spatial arrangements. After working in the field for over 25 years, her affinity for the elements of design, her color coordination and her collaborative abilities has earned her a well respected reputation as a true professional.
